Meet Mindy

With over 30 years of experience as a social worker, I have spent my career walking alongside seniors and their families - often helping them navigate challenges related to Medicare. Over time, I experienced how overwhelming and confusing these decisions could be, and how much it meant for seniors to have someone they trusted by their side.

That’s what inspired me to become a licensed Medicare agent. Today, I combine my heart for service with practical guidance, offering personalized, pressure-free support to help my clients make informed choices with confidence. 

Professional Experience You Can Trust

I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and have spent over 30 years working in healthcare — supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. I began my career in behavioral health, spending two decades at Aultman’s inpatient psychiatric unit. From there, I moved into palliative care, dialysis support, and supervisory roles, including guiding the behavioral health navigation team in the emergency department.

These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the systems people have to navigate — especially Medicare and Medicaid — and the emotional weight that often comes with those decisions. Becoming a licensed Medicare agent felt like a natural next step. Today, I use my background to offer clear, compassionate guidance to those approaching Medicare, making the process feel less overwhelming and more personal.
